Booking of stall (s) is (are) strictly on the first come first serve basis.

The booking of stall has to be made with full advance payment by Cheque / DD in favour of “North East Educational Consultancy” or by cash along with the stall booking contract form duly filled and signed by the competent authority.

The furnished booth package includes one panel, spot lights, electricity power point and power supply, 2 chairs.

Education loans will be provided to the student at the sole discretion of the bank/financial institution.

All travel, fooding and lodging expenses have to be made by the college authority.

The participants are requested to bring their own stabilizer /ups/spike busters for a stabilized supply of power to the equipment, since the organizers cannot ensure stabilized power supply.

Exhibitors are requested to note that all floor plans shown in the brochures are tentative and the organizers reserve the right to amend the same.

In case of cancellation by the participant who has booked the stall, the money will not be refunded under any circumstances.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel the stall booking anytime before or during the event by refunding the money received at their sole discretion and without assigning any reason.

The organizer may cancel, suspend or alter dates of the exhibition owing to circumstances beyond its control, in case of cancellation of the exhibition the stall rental will be refunded to the exhibitors after deducting the proportionate costs already incurred by the organizers.

The organizers if in case cancel the date and duration of the exhibition the contractual obligation between the exhibitors and the organizers remain unaffected and the backup will be done in due.
